The Community Podcast Initiative and the Podcast Studio are powered by Shaw, which is supporting the construction of the studio and our community-focused programming. You can learn more about Shaw’s work in the community here.

The Podcast Studio is also funded in part by the John R. Evans Leaders Fund grant from the Canada Foundation for Innovation, as well as a grant from Alberta’s Research Capacity Program.
The Initiative is also supported by our home institution, Mount Royal University. Located on Treaty 7 territory, and the home of the Metis Nation region 3, we are proud to be able to live here, learn here, and work to make our community a better place for all.
